NHRC dues structure allows more flexibility for individuals and corporations to choose the option that best meets their needs. We offer five types of memberships: Individual, Corporate, Vendor, Transitional, and Student.

Individual Membership - $100 for SHRM member, $125 non-SHRM member
An Individual Membership is a portable membership that is specific to the applicant. It is not tied to the organization to which you belong. This allows more flexibility to our members in the event of a career change. This membership provides full member privileges to the individual only.
Individual Vendor Membership - $100 for SHRM member, $125 non-SHRM member
An Individual Vendor Membership is reserved for non HR professionals or vendors to the HR industry. The membership is a portable membership that is specific to the applicant.
Transitional Membership $60
The Transitional Membership is designed to help ease the burden of changes in employment status. A transition member is entitled to all the benefits of NHRC membership and their transition membership can be renewed once, if necessary, but only if they continue to be in transition. Transition memberships provide privileges to the member only.
Student Membership $60
To qualify for a Student Membership, the applicant must be a full-time student (12+ credit hours per semester) and not employed full-time. The NHRC office will require proof of enrollment. Student membership provides individual member privileges only.
Corporate Membership $350 (1-4 colleagues) *
A Corporate Membership is a cost savings opportunity for those companies with several employees participating in the NHRC. The owner of this membership is the corporation which grants full member privileges to the individuals identified on the membership application. The corporation may designate permanent replacements should an employee leave the company or the department by notifying the NHRC office. Other requirements include at least one member listed on the corporate membership must be a SHRM member. This membership is not portable to individuals listed on the membership application.
All members must agree to abide by the bylaws of the Northwest Human Resources Council.
