HR professionals know the field constantly changes. We all need to be a strategic partner in our organizations, and what better way, than to become certified.

If you are thinking about becoming SHRM or HRCI certified, think about the endless possibilities for your future career and networking opportunities. There are two (2) types of certification listed below:

SHRM states “Earning your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential makes you a recognized expert and leader in the HR field - and a valuable asset to your organization, keeping you and your organization more competitive in today's economy. This professional distinction sets you apart from your colleagues, proving your high level of knowledge and skills”. Visit their website at www.shrm.org regarding eligibility criteria, eligibility process, exam windows, and fees, etc.

HRCI Certification

HRCI states “HRCI certification: the world's highest standard for HR Professionals. Human Resources professionals in more than 100 countries are HRCI certified.
